Customer Reviews
Thanks to the Hilton Garden Inn and its wonderful staff for their kindness while our power was out for multiple days. Everyone was great, and a special shoutout to Will at the front desk for going above and beyond to make us feel at home, and Pam at the breakfast bar for making sure our mornings started off right. Truly grateful for the warmth and care we experienced.
One of the main attributes of a Hilton Garden Inn is having a restaurant for dinner. Otherwise it is a Hampton Inn. After checking in I asked about the restaurant: closed on Sunday night. When I questing such a departure from every Garden Inn I have stayed in over the past three decades the response was a flippant sorry that just the way it is. || The AC sounds like a cross between an lawnmower and a weed-eater ready to die. One of the bedside lights didn't have an light bulbs.||This appears to be one of those hotels that caters to conventions and large conferences where the customer is the organizer not the traveler. ||There are signs that say they are not responsible for your car. Take that seriously. When I went out to find something to eat I noticed several dilapidated RV with peopl
Stayed one night to celebrate my wife's birthday as it was close to our favorite eating place. I realize they are renovating but said it was on 5+ 6 floors. At 8.30 am it sounded like some loud buzz saw next door and continued till we left. The hall way stunk so bad the guest walking down the hall had his shirt pulled up over his nose. The room was clean and did not smell. Two dollar price tag on cheap water bottles and they charge you seven dollars to park while staying in the motel. Unheard of in my book. I have stayed in other Garden inns and they were nice. Pass this one by. I am being generous giving it two stars.
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and normally I would say its a great place to stay, until for some reason they now charge a parking fee to park in a parking lot that has been in place since the hotel was built. $7.00 per night, for a non secure parking lot that the last time I stayed earlier this year was free. And ironically the second room we booked didn't get charged the parking fee, even though that had 2 cars for that room. Tiles were loose in the bathroom and the day we checked out there was no hot water for showers. Its only $7.00 but for that fee I will stay somewhere else.
Positive: The staff was great. Negative: Beds were too firm. Breakfast not included for this price.
