Hilton Garden Inn Madison Downtown

I booked a room for 3 nights to visit my son at UW Madison. I checked in using the Hilton app. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and played the “Spin the Wheel” game they offered and won a free breakfast voucher. Nice. I utilized the voucher the next morning & had perfect easy over eggs with roasted potatoes onions & peppers and rye toast with flavorful sausage & excellent service. ||The room, I selected on the app before arriving, was on the highest floor (6th). Spacious king sized room with a large sunny window. Very comfortable and satisfying. Parking is $20 a night which I found pricey for a small town. ||All in all this place is good value & a short walk from my son’s digs, so I’ll likely return. For other travelers I highly recommend this property.

We loved staying here for our wedding. The staff were super friendly and helpful! They made it easy to set up our hotel block. The rooms were clean, quiet, and beautiful. Our wedding guests were very happy, too. We would absolutely stay here again.

While the hotel is amazing, the service is what really made our stay there outstanding. Someone needs to give Cromwell Ramos a raise. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant time in Madison. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful. I was there because my wife was hospitalized, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful during a stressful time. Best staff members were Cromwell, Maddie, Jai, Kenneth, and Dayton. One not so great was a woman working breakfast in the restaurant. Not sure of her name, but it was something like Vrisa. Overall, such a wonderful hotel stay. Finally, order anything you want from the menu without hesitation, because the food is fabulous there. Hotel is clean and modern. You won't be sorry if you book a visit at the Hilton Garden Inn.
