Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Airport

My son’s college baseball team had been staying at the hotel while playing in Louisville. After the team arrived back home, my son realized one of his baseball uniforms was missing. He didn't know where it could be. Needless to say, he was in a panic. I called the hotel and spoke with Kim, the Manager, who immediately jumped into action. She personally went to the room, checked everything, and contacted housekeeping to search for it. At first, it couldn’t be located. I called back about an hour later just to see if it might have turned up, and amazingly, they had found it! But what happened next is what truly impressed me. Kim’s first question wasn’t about the inconvenience or the logistics. She simply said: “How can I get this to your son as quickly as possible?” She took owners

Every single staff interaction was outstanding, and I would love for my new friends to be individually recognized for their accomplishments. Two standouts from check-in to check-out were Darius and Ms. June—to say WOW is an understatement! They supported me with countless details and connected with me proactively, without needing direction from Eric or Natia. At first glance this just like any other Hilton Garden Inn… consistent and efficient. But the staff at this hotel stands out as more engaged, friendly, and helpful than expected at this level. The way they interact with guests is what you would expect at a four seasons. Rather they hire well, or train well. Every interaction with every person who works here was outstanding.

Positive: "" Negative: Lack of bathroom fan. The soap dispenser hadn't been changed, it was about empty. We had to use our own Netflix password. There wasn't a free breakfast. Handicap accessible entrances were lacking. Not a lot of Luggage carts.

It was such a welcoming property. The driver was amazing. I was so thrilled to walk in and see Danica. The whole staff at this property is nothing short of perfection. I know I’m forgetting names but everyone at this property was so wonderful. I had not been there in a good year and to return was nothing short of spectacular. The boardroom was set up ready to go when I arrived my colleague and I had a wonderful meeting. Our whole team and staff enjoyed the lunch provided, and I even had time to go to Bourbon and beyond which I found extremely exciting that was so much fun as well in walking distance from the property highly recommend on every level from the front desk to the drivers to Danica at the restaurant just simply an amazing experience.
