Hilton Garden Inn Freeport Downtown

I spent 2 nights there during February vacation with 2 of my teenage granddaughters. We all had a blast! We made use of the nice warm pool and the treadmills. We checked out the stores around Freeport. We had a great dinner at Buck's Naked Barbecue Steakhouse on the first night, which was less than 5 minutes away. The second night we had a delicious dinner right at the hotel restaurant...so good and convenient! We will definitely be back again, as it is only an hour away from home.

Stayed here over Christmas to be close to family and had a wonderful experience. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and welcoming, especially Anita and Jameel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us with a room change. We also loved spending time at the bar with Jen who was fun, professional, and we watched her impressive handling of a difficult guest. Parking lots and sidewalks were cleared quickly after a big snowstorm, which we really appreciated. Smiles all around during the holidays. We’ll definitely be back.

This place is a gem! We used to come annually but had to skip the past five years. Coming back now… The hotel is totally refreshed and lovely. |The best part about this hotel apart from being super clean and well laid out? The staff. ||Everyone who works there is friendly,personable, and always ready to help. Special shout out to Amber in the breakfast area who made you feel like you were guests in her home. She has been with the hotel for 20 years and treats every interaction as a unique opportunity to be kind. Kendra at the front desk really knows her stuff and works to accommodate every request. ||Want to stay somewhere everyone is welcomed and treated with kindness? This is the place to stay… plus, who doesn’t love a good p pool breakfast spread?

I had a three day stay. Girls time my sister and niece. The brunch was a little pricey. But is the best amenity most EVERYONE LOOKS FORWARD TO THE POOL!!!!!!! The filting was not working write because there was hair in the pool!!! After getting in the pool we notice the walls was floor of the pool was dinsty brown and the hair floating in the pool caught on my sister's foot and my hand about the same time. We both were so disgusted and grossed out . We got out of the pool and showered back at the room. It is so disappointing when hotels do not care of there best amenity guess look forward too. Please clean your pool!!!!!
