We stayed here for 4 nights in December. We were in room 301. There are two buildings seperate buildings which seems to not be advertised well. Everything was clean. It's definitely an older building but it is updated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The TV was solid and the DirectTV package was very good. Everything worked properly. The place was quiet. The check in was rather slow. I used Best Western Travel/Gift cards and apparently it didn't show up in their system even though it said they did on the app and website. It slowed the process down. No breakfast was a minor complaint but I'm sure that is because there's a really good cafe next door. For the price we paid, this was a great deal. This is a completely functional room with mini fridge and microwave and good chairs etc. Ev
Positive: The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean, and comfortable! Negative: I wish they had a better room key system. It sucks when you're room is in their other building down the street and your keys don't work. We had to get back in the car, with all of our luggage. and drive back to the office. To get another set of keys.
This was a really nice hotel. It was very clean and comfortable.I am in a wheelchair. The floor was wood with a rug around the bed, so it was easy to get around. It had a roll in shower with a seat that you could place where you wanted it and plenty of grab bars. It was easy to get to, right on Route one. Yet it was set back far enough to be rather quiet. It was a great experience. My husband and I highly recommend it.
This hotel is split into 2 parts as many have mentioned - DONT pick the Riverview like we did! It is a building down the road. totally separate, behind a closed restaurant. They are redoing restaurant so maybe that will change but it isn't best western either way. We pulled into the drive and the building is secluded in the back with literally ZERO security. No inside hallway cameras, and from what I understand no outside ones either. When we got there the only security door was propped open, and 3 times we closed it an each time it was propped open again. |This is a pet friendly hotel and some jerk let their dog poop in the hall. We did call and they came to clean it up in a timely manner. |The rooms were ok, but we didn't feel safe at all so it doesn't matter.|I even wrote to Bes
The rooms are spacious, new decor, and very clean. It’s easily accessible from Hwys 1 and 395 , but very very quiet. The Freeport Cafe is on the property and serves scrumptious breakfasts. It’s a busy place. So you know it’s great. Buy a house specialty cinnamon roll for the road (or even better, eat it right away!)
