Hilton Garden Inn Fort Myers Airport/FGCU

Positive: Very comfortable beds Negative: They do not do wake-up calls, but stress they are an airport Hotel. (We needed to be up by 3:30am) charges me $2.00 for a bottle of water that was in my refrigerator.

We loved staying at this hotel. It has a new hotel feel. It has a spacious lobby, with a restaurant and bar. The room was clean and in great condition. It has a nice sized outdoor pool and the inside exercise room has many types of equipment for its size. The staff is friendly. Thank you to the entire staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, awesome location, Mia the "supervisor" was unfortunately very unpleasant throughout our stay. Checking in Mia said we couldn't check in because of a .01 cent balance before another employee helped her. Basically yelled at me over the phone when requesting the shuttle, then spoke over another employee at the reception desk to deny a late check out. I understand rules are rules, but Mia might need customer service re-training. Aside from that, great hotel and Lorna specificly was a pleasure.

I have stayed here with my lady for many weekends and days off. We live in the area but we choose this place as our vacation in town. The staff is wonderful. The food is great and the bartenders make the very best drinks around. Would give a million stars if I could. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn!!

Solid hotel that is about 8 minutes from the airport. Location is what makes this a great spot for a base for attractions in area. This is not a beach hotel but it is close to airport and major expressway. Several places to eat within easy walking distance including a food truck hall. Newly renovated and everything but elevators in great condition(Jan 2026). Elevators a bit slow and if on football side on weekend the noise was a bit much (I would request room on front side if this is a concern). Very nice staff.
