Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Arlington

This is an excellent place to stay. Terri Brown was so helpful, she has such a great personality and welcoming smile. Hats off to the cook Yvonne. My friend Helen say the salad was the best she has had in a long time and that the staff was so very nice. Our daycation was a huge success.

Stayed here for training this week! Great hotel! It was clean, and it had an awesome work out room! I felt safe, and it was close to many restaurants and attractions! The staff working here is amazing! Highly recommend staying here when in the area!

Checked into the hotel and when getting into the room realized we didn't have the type of room we requested. Tried to call down to desk but always busy, so went down and was told no more rooms of that type, but we did receive a credit on our bill. Okay, I understand that can happen. Went back up to room and when we were ready to leave we realized we couldn't get out of the room. Tried to call down, but phone always busy. Finally after several tries, we got it open and went down to tell the front desk. They sent someone up to fix the lock and it works, so good. I realized there was no hair dryer in the room, so figured out a way to call the front desk, and they brought one up. Again, not a big deal, but I am seeing a pattern. The hotel is clean and the staff is wonderful. Stuart, the night shift supervisor is a phenom. He was very professional and efficient. If the service industry was more like him, then the world would be a better place. #amazing
