I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and everything I needed was easily accessible. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness throughout the property. The location was also perfect—convenient to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. Whether you’re traveling for business or just a getaway this hotel truly delivers excellent service and value. I’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Augusta on business as part of a large group booking for the past five years, and it’s been brilliant every time. While the hotel itself is your standard Hilton Garden Inn—with a few areas that could use a little updating—the pure energy, friendliness, and vibrancy of the staff more than make up for it.||The team here truly sets this hotel apart from others in the area, which don’t come close to matching the experience. Special shout-out to Liz and her team, who go above and beyond to make our group stay perfect year after year.||It’s always a pleasure to return, and I can’t recommend it highly enough if you want a welcoming, reliable home base in Augusta.

The Chef, Demetrius, made the most outstanding grilled salmon entrée that I have ever had in my life, and just think, I grew up in the restaurant business and specialized in seafood. Therefore I am a good judge/critic. So good that I had to come back for a second stay.. The the Garden Grill at Hilton Garden Inn, Augusta, is privileged to have such talent in Demetrius. Definitely worth visiting for dinner, even if you are not staying at the hotel. I can only imagine how good some of the other entrées on the menu are except I didn’t want to skip the opportunity of having such amazing smoky-charbroiled-tasting salmon again.

I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. Even though pulling into the hotel was a little tricky with all the traffic, turns, and other hotels nearby, once I got inside everything was smooth. I felt safe, secure, and welcomed by the very nice staff. My room was spectacular—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I picked using the Hilton Honors app. I love being able to choose my own room, especially since I always request to stay close to the elevator so I’m not hauling luggage and camera gear down a long hallway. I grabbed a drink at the hotel to unwind before a friend picked me up and took me to Doc’s Porchside Bar & Grill—an iconic local spot with great seafood that I highly recommend. There’s also a liquor store right outside the hotel, which was super convenient. Overall,

Housekeeping staff and Nina were amazing for me today. I left my room in a rush and locked myself out. Within 2 mins they were able to help me and get me back in my room so I was not late to my event.
