Rooms are spacious i absolutely loved my stay spent too much time in the gym 🏋🏾‍♀️ Mike Jones was very accommodating A great conversationalist. Breakfrast turned out not be free. Other than that i highly recommend

I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay to bring in the new years … or in general ! I will deff be back !! The views. The location. The inside is the hotel. Beyond perfect. Great for walking. Great for walking with little ones. Everything worth seeing is soooo close. My daughter and I truly enjoyed it and still are enjoying ourselves.

On December 23, 2025, I checked into the Hilton Columbia Center while hosting and staying on property for my 50th Birthday Celebration, a milestone event that required a significant financial investment across event space, accommodations, and related services. During check-in, I asked a simple and reasonable question regarding water availability in the guest rooms. The African American gentleman working at the front desk responded in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. His attitude were unnecessary and not aligned with basic hospitality standards, especially for a guest hosting a major celebration at the property. We had a great stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. I want to give a special shoutout to Kendra at the front desk — she was Incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. She and her colleague Chelsea went above and beyond for us and treated our kids with so much warmth. If you’re thinking about staying at this hotel, I highly recommend it — and make sure to say hi to Kendra at the front desk. She’s the best!
