Hilton Anchorage

Did a staycation with the grandkids to have fun at Fur Rondy. It is a bummer that the pool is out if service but I get that remodeling and improvements have to be done sometime. I called the day before to ask some questions for our stay and Chavous was so patient and helpful. When I arrived before the rest of my family to check in every staff member I encountered was so friendly. I did not get the names if the security person at the doors or the bellman but they were quite helpful. At check in, Melissa G was prompt and very kind. When there was an issue with the reservation (caused by hotels.com) her supervisor Emerson was there immediately and cleared it up quickly. I like to thank you for a wonderful check in experience with Melissa G (evening shift) receptionist. She was exceptional, caring, and went out of her way to accomadate me.|My third party booking provided one night accomadation but I asked for two nights. Melissa was able to add the 2nd night by asking her supervisor for an additional night stay, as the hotel is fuuly booked. She was kind and so understanding of my situation.|I appreciate her professionalism and along with outstanding customer service! She was also able to keep me in the same room. When I settled into room, I received a nice text from Melissa with a warm welcome and asking about th e room and she stated please feel fee reach out if you need anything. I recently stayed at this Hilton and had a really great experience, mostly because of Chavous and Emerson. They were super friendly, welcoming, and just genuinely helpful the whole time. From check-in to any questions I had during my stay, they made everything easy and stressfree. You can tell they actually care about the guests and take pride in what they do. Their positive attitudes really stood out and made my stay that much better. Hilton is lucky to have them!

First time in Alaska and the hotel was fantastic. What made the experience great was Melissa G who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She ensured we got a room with a great view and checked in on us throughout the stay. She really went above and beyond for our stay accommodating anything we needed. The rooms are nice with a comfortable bed and many windows to see the views. At the lobby they have a great breakfast buffet as well. If coming to Anchorage this hotel is worth a visit just to see Melissa.
