I am not normally the one to complain actually has taken me a week to make the decision to leave a review but females should be warned!! Me and my friend were attending a concert in Pittsburgh and decided to book this "motel" since it was pretty cheap and unfortunately you get what you pay for. I couldn't even park my car where our room was because there was a gigantic pothole filled with water it practically created a lake in the middle of the parking lot. Our room had stains on the comforter and the worst part. Me and my friend two FEMALES were changing and a front desk lady just walked into our room! then basically tried to say someone at the front desk that my friend was with said we didn't want our room incorrect! neither one of us did that. One of the worst stays I’ve ever had Terrible customer service from start to finish. Staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like guests were a burden instead of customers. The room was absolutely disgusting — trash left behind, dirty floors, and an awful smell. To make it worse, there were bugs in the room, which is completely unacceptable. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe the entire time. Complaints were ignored and nothing was done to fix the issues. This place clearly does not care about cleanliness or customer satisfaction. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend others avoid this Motel 6 at all costs.

Dirty room, no trashcan, filthy, sticky dresser tops, and I had to kill at least six baby roaches. Not only that, some guy kept knocking at my door, for several hours, asking for “dime bags”, even after I told him he had the wrong room. I did not feel safe, and it was noisy in the surrounding rooms most of the evening and through the night (Saturday Night). I booked online, paying the $85 for the room and then was informed at check in that I needed another $100 for a “security deposit”. They could have been up front about this! Overpriced for what I got.

This place is a complete nightmare. The moment I walked in, I knew something was wrong — the room was filthy, rundown, and totally neglected. The bathtub was cracked and dirty, the fridge and microwave were covered in rust and grime, and the lamp shades were stained and yellowed like they hadn’t been replaced in decades. The air conditioner didn’t even work, so the room was hot, stuffy, and unbearable. The mattress had disgusting stains that looked like mold or bodily fluids, and the bedding was a horror show — burn marks on the sheets, filthy blankets, and a headboard covered in stains. It honestly made my skin crawl just looking at it. The room reeked of cigarettes, the lamps didn’t work, the walls had weird shiny stains, and there were almost no accessible outlets anywhere.
