Highliner Hotel

I needed a quick last minute place to stay after some scheduling errors with my long term stay I had reserved. This place was perfect! The ladies here were so helpful and sweet! They even extended my check out free of charge to accommodate me out of kindness. The room was perfect. Comfy big bed. Bathroom was cute, even makeup cleaner washcloths. TV, fridge, microwave, keurig etc. Served the purpose of giving me a great place to feel safe and relax in a city I had never been. As a bonus there is a coffee shop on the main floor which was great! I recommend this place! Thank you for your kindness!

The most comfortable beds!!! So hard to find when traveling. That alone is enough for the five stars, I get so tired of stiff beds after traveling all day. The staff was super nice, hotel clean and free coffee in the room. Also had a cute cafe with tons of really good drinks! Would definitely recommend the lotus energizer. |Walking distance of downtown, the museum and park strip.

Nice enough for the price. Carpet could use some work. Got a leak in the room and was moved promptly. Unfortunately, larger bed, same size room. Less room to move around. Service was fabulous. Hotel clean for the most part. Felt like an upscale hostel. Would stay there again.

I decided to stay the night in Anchorage at the last minute. I booked online on their site and quickly received a text with how to get into my room without needing to go to the front desk. It was after their normal front desk hours and my room had some issues. I called the after hours number and they quickly answered and moved me to another room that was great. In the morning I confirmed that I did not need to go to the front desk to check out. This place was very convenient and the service was amazing even though I never actually met any of the staff. I would definitely use them again.

A taste of old Alaska with comfortable, cozy rooms, done with care in a renovated building. And, a coffee/ snack/ breakfast place with flavor combinations tasty and clever. Can't wait to come back.
