Heritage Inn Yosemite/Sonora

I'll start with saying this hotel is excellent location in downtown Sonora. Literally a 5 minute walk on the sidewalk down to the restaurants/shopping. The staff ladies were always very nice and helpful. As far as the rooms, you get what you pay for. they are cheaply priced for a reason. Hasn't been renovated since '04. My specific room was CAKED in dust! No exaggerations. it had a musty old damp smell. they only have ac units which are black and moldy. & don't you turn that air on anything above 65 unless you want the room to permeate with the smell of 1000 dead critters. They do have sketchy people walking around the area. The hotel was clean, friendly and comfortable. The breakfast was great as well. But The customer service was fantastic. We will be back. I was confused on a charge (which was a hold and dropped off) but even though I was having moments of confusion, they treated me and my guest so wonderful and accommodating for our whole stay. Kelsey, Connie, and i think Charlotte? (sorry if i got the name incorrect) but they were fantastic.

This hotel was absolutely amazing the staff is amazing and helpful! They even helped me get $100 off for the 4 nights. There’s so many rooms to choose from and they even have rooms for jacuzzi’s! They allow dogs but not in the jacuzzi rooms and they have some I to offer for breakfast and if you need something they are quick to help! They have an area that’s small and gated for your dog to go the restroom.I came here to visit my hometown and they made my stay very good and I appreciate them I even had a staff say welcome home 💖. God bless this town and I’m sure gonna miss it can’t wait to come back.

Stayed here 2 weeks for a work trip. Hotel is a bit older but the staff is the highlight! Extremely helpful and courteous. Any issues I had were handled quickly. Great location and the entire downtown are is within a short walk. Would be extremely handy to have a laundromat for the extended stays but you cant have it all.
