Best Western Plus Sonora Oaks Hotel & Conference Center

Great property. Very clean and our room was large. This is a two story property and does NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR! I walk with a cane and we did not know this when we booked. Happily we were already booked into a ground floor room. Make sure you check when you book if there is a reason you can't climb stairs.||Bed was comfy, although high off the ground! I'm 5'6" and I had to give a little jump to get into the bed! Lots of towels. Typical body wash/shampoo/conditioner in large bottles in the shower. Not a fan of these so I bring my own shampoo, conditioner, and soap when traveling.||Quiet room. My bestie and I stayed here for our Friendsgiving, weekend getaway. The best part of this hotel is the sweet hotel cat named Miss Gray. She's an adorable all gray cat who greets the guests and she isn't shy. In addition to Miss Gray the hotel has nice rooms. Our beds were so comfortable and cozy. They provide plenty of pillows and clean linens. The rooms are good sized with charger ports for your phones and electronics. The place is very well kept and it was also very quiet at night. I can't wait to stay there again the next time we are in the area.

The room and facilities are generally in line with the Best Western Plus quality and style as expected. The front desk service was excellent—very friendly, and the check-in process was fast and smooth. The room and bathroom appear to have been renovated; the fixtures and equipment all look new and well-maintained, and the wall sound insulation is very good (you won’t be disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms). However, aside from the surface-level renovation and new furniture, some of the hardware still feels less than ideal. For example, my bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, so odors and humidity cannot be properly vented. This forces you to open the balcony door or the door to create airflow circulation, which is really not practical on cold winter nights. The room door also

3rd time staying here! We love this place clean and it's definitely a ++ that the breakfast is on point... 10 🌟 stars all the way! This is the spot to go if you want a happy ending to your trip😁😆❣️
