Heritage Inn Augusta

I checked into Travelodge on April 4th (Master's Week). The stay cost a little over $300 with tax per night. I understand the rates are inflated due to the tournament and the normal rate is $50. However, I expected the room to be clean and it was very dirty. It smelled like smoke from cigarettes. I was promised non smoking. The employee was rude every single interaction I had with him. He did nothing regarding our complaints. All evening long we witnessed obvious drug activities. Last, but not least My sister and I were in office for coffee and a danish, but were accused of not having a room at the motel! The employee thought we were not entitled to the continental breakfast and I was forced to prove that I was who I am by going and obtaining my id to show him that yes...I am me. Once I||d

I made a online reservation and when I went to check in the hotel they refused to rent me the room because I have a service animal. I showed them my card and the girl and guy refused and told me to leave that I couldn't get a room... That's against ADA regulations. Not too mention they refused to give me my 60 bucks back that I paid online my room..

I didn’t even get to stay. The power was out and they refused my refund. I literally booked the hotel an hour before i got there and after i pulled in the parking and saw there was no power. I canceled. This is poor customer service and it wasn’t my fault that they didn’t have power.

Terrible service from start to finish. The staff was unable and unwilling to help or accommodate even basic requests. Most disappointing was the manager’s attitude, which was unprofessional and appalling. I would not recommend this hotel.

I showed up there with my bf because we had paid for it online already we were so exhausted they didn’t even check our ids and said no we only give rooms to people above 21, I was so pissed because they didn’t even know how old we were and we had booked it online already paid for they were so rude to us told us to leave or they are calling the police and it has been almost 24 hours and they still will not accept the free cancellation even tho they said they would. On top of that the lady at the front desk said it was not there problem and that it was my problem but how is it just my problem when I booked at your hotel and continue to be rude to me when I was being patient with them about me getting my money back. So PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE THEY ARE RUDE AND WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK !!!
