Heavenly Inn

Our stay was anything but “Heavenly”, in addition to the bed and pillows being uncomfortable, we had a very unpleasant experience. My fiancé and I found this place on Booking.com and stayed for her birthday weekend. We declared on Booking.com that we were bringing our dog. The website said to also call ahead to remind the front desk before checking in which we did. There was a $75 pet fee which is annoying but fine. Upon check out, we were informed that we had to pay an additional $50 because we were given a non-pet room. This was infuriating because we did everything to notify them we were bringing a pet and we still had to pay extra for their lack of due diligence. Absolutely terrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone staying here especially with so many lodging options

Everything I needed, great value and location. A special call out to the manager who was super helpful. Made my stay and onward trip amazing!

Positive: Location Negative: Staff. Safety - my car tire was smashed by someone and had a hard time getting the tire replaced not to mention the cost that I had to incur

Stayed here for 3 nights the week before labor day. Everything is as advertised. Room was spacious and clean. Location is right there with all the hotels and inns around the area. Walking distance to Heavenly Village and the Beach. However, the main reason why I'm writing this review is because of the service we were provided. Upon leaving, we forgot my mother in law's insulin purse. We were called immediately, but we didn't pick up as we were going down the mountain. As soon as we got down, we gave them a call and they informed about said purse. They were friendly about everything and told us to email them a shipping label and set up a pick up and they'll handle the rest. Today, we received a very carefully packed package containing my MIL's purse with nothing missing in it. Highly recomm

Fraud ! ||Sam (manager) tells you to book for 2nights even if you want to stay 1night you only pay for whatever long you stay .. LIED .. I stayed 1night and he still charged me for 2nights and not give me a receipt at checkout either, I found out when I got home asking for receipts than noticed he charged 2nights even after calling back. ||Dispute on credit card is the only way! ||Be careful so they don’t manipulate you and trick yet charging regardless of how long you stay in the end ! ||Shower was cold water, king bed was Old w broken springs !
