Heart of Oklahoma Expo RV Park

Full hookup but not a lot of shade available. We had a grassy area but some were on total concrete. The convention center was nice.

This place is flat and gigantic. There are both fully paved and gravel spots. It’s mostly a giant parking lot with full hook ups. We just happened to stay overnight during an event. There was Horse Barrel racing, and that was pretty cool to see. If there isn’t an event I suspect this is a pretty lonely place. But it is not far off I40, and it’s really close to the town of Shawnee.

We booked online for one night just passing through. Booking was easy. Arrival was another story. No signage. No attendants. Finally found our spot and it looks very deserted and unkept. Showers were dirty and water never warmed up. All sinks were stopped up. I would not recommend!

They don't accept tents for 1 night because "they don't have tent spots" even thought there is tons of grass.

Set up for events at the fairgrounds. Was great.
