Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Wichita East

This is a fantastic place to stay we stayed in 1 of the loft rooms. It has 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was perfect for a holiday stay with my boys we were able to cook a Xmas dinner in the dinnette and I even did some baking while there. My only issue was climbing the stairs to the 2nd floor but that was cause we all had colds nothing to do with the hotel itself. We will definitely stay here again . Bonus very comfortable beds

We recently stayed at the Hawthorne Suites while in town for a basketball tournament. When we arrived, we attempted to pay at the front desk with a credit card but were told that the only rooms available could be booked through Priceline. We went ahead and booked through Priceline as instructed. Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed a flipped-over table and a drawer sitting on the couch. Concerned, we called the front desk right away and were told that maintenance had been in earlier attempting to fix the desk but never had a chance to put it back together. Later that night, the room became excessively hot. Unfortunately, we were exhausted from traveling and couldn’t wrap our minds around what was going on. The next morning we checked the thermostat and realized it wasn’t working

This is the friendliest place I have ever stayed at. Free coffee and friendly staff. I wish I could work here but I can't have everything. Anyway I am going to be here a lot now. The location is perfect. I will recommend it to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience at this hotel; the room was very clean and well-maintained, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel provides a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at ease the moment you arrive. Overall, it’s an excellent option for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences my parents have ever had. The room was completely infested with cockroaches. My mom said that when she went into the restroom, she had to wipe cockroaches off the toilet seat just to use it, and she even had to stomp on roaches because they were crawling everywhere. They also found cockroaches in the bed, and after lying down they became extremely itchy.||This is absolutely unacceptable and a major health and sanitation concern. No guest should ever have to deal with conditions like this. Management needs to take this seriously, address the infestation, and properly sanitize the rooms. I would not recommend anyone stay here until they fix these issues.
