Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Conyers

Everything about my stay in this hotel was terrible. The room had maintenance issues that had not been addressed at all. Like the handle on the sink missing a screw and falling off when I went to turn it off. There was an extremely large amount of lady bugs in the room in booth windows. Stains on the curtains, the mattress and the floors/carpets. They have stoves and do not provide pots or pans. The elevator hasn't been inspected since last year. They have construction going on that was shutdown by the city. The fire sprinkler system was stated to not be functioning properly. The list can go on for days, just know that this hotel is not somewhere you should stay AT ALL.

1st room. broken sink handle like OFF .mold in the Ac , handle to balcony broken, curtain falling off. Refrigerator too dirty to even safely store food .on top of that the sofa bed had no mattress. the hall to get to the room smelled like pee and garbage ..went to a 2nd room this time pee on the sheets of the sofa bed . blood on the fitted sheets in room ..water can only get hot . if BARELY turning the handle .FOOD in the ac.no lights in the main bedroom ..water stains on the ceiling ..blood on the curtains ... at this point we had a wedding to attend in the morning .. so we needed to rest after a 13 hour drive the breakfast is beyond crap.the city knows because there is a notice that they are not able to obtain a permit to continue work on the building ... the pool and gym oh yeh ARE CLO

Nobody came to refresh the room such as linen, towels, trash or toilet paper. I had to physically track down staff in order to get clean towels, more toilet paper and soap. Also one member of the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional the morning of 01 Sep 2025. She came to say I had passed checkout time at 11am. The paper I signed when I checked into the room said checkout was at 12pm so I was going off what was documented on the paper given to me and was never informed checkout was at 11am. I tried to explain that I did not mean to go past checkout time intentionally and I was going off the copy of the document that was handed to me at check in. She immediately got rude and started raising her voice at me as if I was intentionally trying to break the rules and even though it was s

Positive: "" Negative: The front office staff was horrible. We had an issue with our room and she was not helpful at all. She would smack her lips and roll her eyes everytime we asked anything. We left without staying it was so bad.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. We had a reservation for the weekend of October 4th. We arrived, the lobby was in decent shape, then proceeded to get in the elevator where I checked the certificate and it was expired as of 2024. The hallways were absolutely disgusting with stains up and down the walls, stuff smeared in the carpets and trash and crumbs everywhere not to mention the smell. The door to the room was peeling and loose, not very safe. The room itself was the worst part. The ceiling was literally caving in with water damage, the room reeked of mold and floors were sticky and carpets felt, looked and smelled as though they hadn’t been washed… ever.
