Harmony Motel

This was the worst experience at a motel I have ever had. She harassed me at my job because of a dirty trash can and something splashed on the TV that could easily be cleaned by housekeeping which is her and proceeded to kicked me out. Told me I could stay till the next day. She charged me extra and only refunded me partial then told me if I cleaned the room the next day which I did completely she would give me back my deposit which she then wouldn't give it back. The owner is a liar and a thief and I'm having to do a credit card dispute to get my money back. DO NOT RENT HERE. I was new to town, a single female and working and did no damage to her motel whatsoever.

Worst motel I have ever stayed at. The owner called and harassed me at work because the inside of my trash can got dirty and something I ate splashed on the TV which I tried to wipe off but had no cleaner. If locally owned, retro and vintage are your thing then come support this little motel. 1950's retro motel that isn't updated yet but has great bones and an amazing staff. The bed was clean and comfortable. The water was hot and the water pressure even better. Linens and decor are still very 1989 but hopefully with support one day they could renovate. We stayed here during the Springfield Extravaganza and the price was affordable with no mark up. The manager was upfront with us that they have weekly rentals during the winter, especially during Covid. She asked us to take a look at the room before paying because she wanted us to be happy with our stay. Very honest and hard working family owns this spot. We look forward to coming back. Would love to see this 1950's gem restored to it's 50's

If you're looking to get pampered with the normal amenities of a chain motel then this isnt the place for you. If you're just a guy like me working on the road then here you go. 55 for the night, room was small but just me anyway. Everything is dated but the upside is its clean and no bugs. Shower had good pressure and hot. Bed wasnt the greatest I'll admit but it served its purpose. I didn't have problems with this motel and the lady that helped me (which I'm sure was the manager or owner) was extremely nice and accommodating. Every motel I looked at in the area is either way over priced and/or the reviews are terrible and I wouldn't want to stay there. If I'm ever going back through the area its definitely a return stay for me.

Harmony Motel was the perfect space to stay! I went on a trip with my two sisters and we stayed in Chuck's Cabin. On top of accomodating our late and very early check-in and out times, the hotel manager, Ash, was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and diligent. Her communication was clear, consistent, and timely. The space itself was so special. There was a beautiful view of the mountains right outside our back porch, as well as a grill, washer and dryer, and full kitchen. The cabin was bathed in sun and even with a weekend in the 80's, stayed cool. The nature trail just behind the cabin and telescope were also very cool. It was peaceful and beautiful - and close to the entrance of Joshua Tree Park, as well as a cute downtown (farmer's market, thrift shops, and a saloon). The pool was also l
