It needs some work and there are some people who have been here a long time that can be a little hard to live near but other then that the management is great and they have some big plans for the future. I enjoy living here.
Its a trashy trailer park there is like 15 or 20 trailers need to trash them an get new ones i was in D13 until it was sold to a family probably trash it inside
I currently live here and at the moment I’m unable to move away. Now don’t get me wrong, there are some decent people in here who are quiet and keep to themselves. But then there are others who.....are just plain trailer trash. They completely live up to the stereotypes. I don’t recommend that anyone moves here. If I could afford to move I would.
My son has been without gas since Feb.8 2024...because park doesn't want to spend money to fix the parks problem with the gas pipes.... And he's paying to be there with the lot rent... So its a service the mobile home park needs to provide...
this place will definitely get you by, if looking for long Term there's good people here and they all do what they can to help Thy neighbor but you don't know how long if at all the park will be here.
