Customer Reviews
I stayed here for business and had a very poor experience with customer service. The front desk staff was confrontational and seemed to avoid handling even basic operations efficiently. I was nearly overcharged for five nights despite checking out on the third day, and the manager gave quick, dismissive answers instead of addressing the issue thoroughly. I had to explain the billing problem multiple times before they understood, which should have been a straightforward process. If you’re traveling for business, I do not recommend this hotel there are better options just down the street.
Overpriced for the quality. Only benefit was no pet fee, but the pet friendly room (104) we stayed in was gross. Smelled like sewage, cat urine, and cigarettes. Chair was shredded. Towels and bedding were stained. Hairdryer didn't work. Not worth the price.
Positive: "" Negative: poor quality bathroom tissue... thin towels .. room service frequently failed to resupply coffee.
We stayed here because of the great dog friendly reviews, and that part of the trip was truly great. They don't charge for the first dog and have a relatively low price for a second which really helped save money on a family road trip. ||The hotel was older, but refurbished. The lobby and main floor were good. The pool was smaller, but water was comfortable (heated but not overly heated) and many guests' kids enjoyed the pool.||Our room was one of the dog rooms, and had a vinyl floor which needed cleaned better. There was not pee on them, but I could see where a dog had peed in the past and the ammonia from it had cleaned the floor of other grime. The room had a musty smell to it, which I think was either from the AC unit, or maybe because the pool was directly beneath our room. The
This is the first hotel room I’ve ever stayed in that had cat spray on the wall. CAT SPRAY. We were very tired when we arrived and thought we were imagining the stink, but in the morning saw the yellow spatter on the white bathroom wall. Absolutely gross! When I told the front desk at checkout I got a “sorry”, and that was it. The hotel was run down and dingy in general and smelled off, the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly, you could hear noise from other rooms even with the aircon fan on, and the fridge was in a tray that prevented the door from opening. But yeah, paying $100 to sleep in cat piss was really the deal breaker. Never again.
