Comfort Suites Springfield I-70

Checking in went smoothly. Everything was ready. Pool was warm. The room could have used a little work to be cleaner and more well kept. The room phone did not work.

Positive: The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, as good as any of the many hotels that l have stayed at. The biscuits and gravy were very good and they served quality sausage. I will book here next time through. Negative: ""

The room was very clean. The couch in room 125 has a tear on the arm. The outlet on the wall to the side wall by the couch is horrible. The outlets on the headboard need to be replaced. I told the desk this morning & when I came back in tonight they haven’t been replaced. These are needed for charging phones. Have to plug everything in by the sink or bathroom.

The rooms I got was 220, 316 x2, and 122. Each room had deficiencies and were unclean. The first night I was there the whole floor smelled of weed and I had a drug test the next day. People have no consideration for others. They also don't follow the no smoking policy. Also, there was a domestic fight in the hallway around 9pm on my first night in room 220. I didn't feel safe with all that going on next door. I also had to be up super early the next morning. The shower didn't work properly. The next room 316 was ok. The floors were dirty. I actually got sleep. Room 122 the hvac system kept disturbing my sleep by making a whining sound, and the kitchenette cold water faucet barley worked. The floor was also dirty. At least it didn't have mystery stains on the couch like the 1st 2 rooms. Thi

Giving the rating still gave it a shot. Was only my staying for 1 night. Well that one night was a nightmare. Walked in to check in and non of the workers spoke English, that took a little to even get checked in. We arrived to our room, was MOLD in the bathroom down the walls. No bugs though that we could see. Fire alarm went off bc few people in the hall was was smoking cigarettes and weed. ( classy) took few times to check out due tk the language barrier. DO NOT RECOMEND. We have tried to get our money back too..
