They definitely could have told us that they were switching from log fire places to gas in the 6 weeks before we checked in... but they told us at check in. The mini fridge was leaking and the maintenance man came so fast to replace it. He was the kindest man! The room cleaning lady was so sweet. The bed was hard as heck, one window didnt open, there is what looks like mold on one of the window screens, and breakfast was just meh, nothing special. I hope to be back but in a different room.

What a great place to stay. We came with our dog and the staff was very kind to him and to us as well. When we came into the room, they had prepared two dog bowls and a bed for him. We have stayed with our dog while traveling at many places and this is by far the best. While the rooms are a bit pricier, they do not have a pet fee. The rooms are roomy and well kept. The common areas of the farmhouse are beautiful and inviting. We will definitely be returning!

Be aware that the room you get most likely will not be the room you wanted... Very over priced. The main inn is where you're gonna want to be but be prepared to pay a lot! Paid almost$200 a night for a creamcicle colored room with a power strip for plugging in my phone and no clock. I could simultaneously here someone filling their king jacuzzi while someone else flushed their toilet and no view of the ocean. Also found dog food on the bathroom floor as We were put in the only pet friendly building but alas we have no dog. Also somewhat surprising was the "conveniently" located mini fridge in the bathroom. Very disappointed and embarrassed as this was a romantic getaway for my husband of 35 years after a long horrible year of covid-19. We've stayed at several Bnb's before so we're familiar

We stayed at suite 388 during COVID. The place was clean and food was delicious. However, two stars left out because of they only cleaned every 3 days and you had to call to notify them about cleaning the room. Otherwise no cleaning! The room was also quite small for the price we paid and it could have offered some kind of porch but it's used by someone else.

Absolutely underwhelming, run down zero amenities on site, refrigerator in the bathroom (gross), put us in a pet friendly room without the courtesy of letting us know (allergies), didn't even stock the common room fridge with water, no USB ports, loud pipes, got to listen to the up stairs toilet flush while being on a romantic weekend. And for all that we drove 2-1/2 hours and paid over $400 for two nights.
