Wonderful location to walk to some cute little shopping spots in Nulu. Very clean room- broken microwave: we contacted owner and it was never fixed during our stay. Management is not on location, so if you need anything best wishes. We needed more coffee pods because only 3 were provided and we were staying there 5 nights. Also had a spot for sugar but when we called to ask about where the sugar was and if we could get more coffee we were told no. There is laundry available, but was not advertised. I would have brought detergent and less clothes if I knew. Parking is free and included in stay, but has trash piled up by dumpster. What kind of hotel makes you call 72 hours in advance to check in? Then never responds when trying to check in. I never got info to get in and requested a refund and they denied it. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Don't waste your time or money!!!!!! Now I'm out $280 for a hotel I didn't even get to stay in. UNPROFESSIONAL and trash!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE go elsewhere

Room: Modern industrial style. Several things in the room were broken or not working properly. Lighting fits the room style but provides insufficient and harsh light. Service: The host is unreachable via phone. Text responses were prompt, polite, and almost completely unhelpful. Location: The physical property is unkempt, unsecure, with signs that break-ins are occurring with regularity. The general location is within Nulu. Nulu has shopping and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Notes: This place has the look and feel of a hotel but without any of the perks of staying at a hotel, i.e. prompt service, staff at the physical location, room turn downs, security, etc. Parking is free though.

Love this. We got a studio room and it was so wonderful. They might want to update the mattresses soon. But other than that it was amazing.

The hotel is just as pictured online. The check-in process is completely contactless, which would not have been an issue if the elevator had been working. Since it wasn't, I waited over 10 minutes to get a text message back on how to get into the building. That would not have been so bad except for the fact that they were aware of the issue & could have avoided the situation entirely by letting me know in advance. A little communication goes a long way. I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit for 3 nights. It was spacious, clean, & had all the necessities. My big takeaway is that this area does not seem to be as friendly to walking as a lot of other larger cities that I have visited. I personally prefer to walk rather than drive & pay for parking while I am in a city.
