Hampton Inn Tulsa/Broken Arrow

I've been staying here with my husband and son during my cancer treatments since we live over an hour away and honestly has become home away from home. The staff has always been extremely kind and friendly, the rooms are clean I've never worried about bringing anything home like some of the places I've stayed before and the free breakfast was always well stocked and tasty after dealing with the after affects of my chemotherapy. Location was great for us as it was close to my treatment center and close to anything we may have needed while there and my son absolutely loved the pool! Sadly due to funding issues we won't be able to afford to stay for my remaining treatments but I wanted to take a moment to thank the hotel staff and owner for making this hard time a little easier on my family.

Positive: Really great experience. Favorite part was the lady providing all the breakfast food. She was a real pick-me-up and did a great job. Negative: Some problems with the bathroom ceiling, but I know they are renovating and have not yet got to our floor.

The front desk agent, Stefon showcased great Customer service skills it made me feel very welcome at that location. Overall, the property is great and definitely would stay again.

The customer service and cleanliness is why I rated it 5 stars. We had a family graduation to attend so we had family traveling from two different states and I had explained to the Manager Sue. She said not to worry and all will be taken care of, my daughter and sons showed up to the hotel before we did and had no issues checking in. All staff members were very helpful and we especially loved the morning individual who step up the breakfast her energy was uplifting and amazing. How she interacted with all the hotel guest was great. Even after we checked out we received a phone call letting my daughter know she left her ring behind and they would mail it to us. I would definitely recommend to friends and family if they travel to Tulsa.

Stayed here on December 4th Very nice breakfast area. Very good value. Clean room. Laundry room was not good though. Dryer and washer need to be replaced. Took over 3 hours to dry 1 load. Still very nice
