It's no four seasons but it's inexpensive and it's clean and it's nice. And I'm living here right now because I just went through a divorce and my ex-wife and daughter live in broken arrow and I work in broken arrow so it's convenient as can be. Also they are very sympathetic two broken arrow schools employees such as myself. I'm very grateful for the people that own this hotel

This place is the worst! I move into my apartment in a few days and needed somewhere I could stay at. Nobody told me I was gonna be staying with roaches, ants, lizards, and Rats. Worst experience! I woke up to a rat, that wasn’t even 10 ft away from my bed. I told the front office that I wanted a refund. But they moved me into a different room and told me I had to wait for tomorrow for the manager. The Manager did not give me a refund instead she was highly rude acting like she was better than everyone. This is not a good environment.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 ABSOLUTE HUGE RED FLAG 🚩🚩🚩I've been here for awhile because I got put in a bad situation and I thought this place would help me get back on my feet. The owner and co owner is a huge crooks. And absolutely do not care about you. Just $$$$ it's disgusting and never clean. NOT KIDS SAFE. KEEP YOUR KIDS AWAY FROM HERE. TONS OF DRUGS, CRIMES, AND POLICE HERE. A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO DON'T STAY HERE LOITERS AND CAUSES PROBLEMS OUTSIDE BECAUSE THEY'RE SO STRUNG OUT OB DRUGS. ABSOLUTELY NOT KID SAFE||.THERE WAS A STABBING 2 WEEKS AGO AND 3 SHOOTINGS IN THE LAST MONTH AND HALF. BE BEWARED. I had to sleep with one eye open every night. PEOPLE HERE GOTTEN SICK FROM THE MOLD AND THE OWNERS NEVER DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. JUST YOUR $

When I first came here in December of 2024, it was a decent place and for $260 a week, it was affordable. But, I stayed here off and on until June 2025. The rent per week went up $40 to $300. The last room I stayed in was infested with roaches. You couldn't even leave your shoes on the floor without them moving into them, or under them. The owners would use the tenants as workers. They would run the front desk, do maintenance, and the house keeper never came to clean the room. My last stay was just for two nights. Paid $120 cash for a total of $112.42. The female owner took my money, closed the register and said "thank you" without giving me my change. It was noisy at all hours of the day and night. Pay very good money here. There's no maid service. They do not do anything.their staff is nice. The owners think they're too good for everybody. The floor is coming up in my room. That's how I feel and broke my Hip All electrical. And everything here is all Mickey.My recommendation is 0.You don't stay here unless you're desperate for a place to live
