Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington

the complimentary breakfast and coffee was good. The room was clean. the only problem is it was under renovation (loud) and the parking lot was to small and part of it was blocked by a dumpster. The complimentary bottle waters was a plus. We needed some dental floss and they didn't have any. The pool was closed the first night. The pool being closed and the renovation should have been brought to light when we made reservations. the staff was nice and polite.

I stayed there for one night for a work related trip in 11/9/25. Had an issue with booking the wrong place and the gentleman working there, Braden was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient while I got everything sorted out. I could not have asked for a more kinder and professional person during a stressful time. I highly recommend this location on service alone, but the room and accommodations were exceptional. Thank you again, Braden for all your help and kindness!

This is a older hotel and it really shows in the bathroom but it was clean and well maintained. We stay in the area quite a bit for the World Equestrian Center and this is a good option. I would recommend the larger Studio Suite room due to the size and the sink area is seperate from the shower making it convenient for a family to get ready. Beds are decent, hvac is questionable and the sound insulation between room is not the best. With the limited options in the area this is still a good one.

Excellent experience. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. The grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was on the better end of what we expect hotel breakfasts to be. Pool was great. I would definitely return.
