Hampton Inn & Suites Plymouth

The staff here is phenomenal. Friendly. Professional. Responsive. Lindsay at the front desk deserves a big fat raise after this week. She is a customer service superstar and we are beyond grateful for her. She made our stay here 10/10. Thank you Lindsay and the team here at the Hampton Inn 🙏🏼 this has been a scary and challenging week for many folks and you guys made it comfortable and bearable. Thank you times a million 😊

Kim was absolutely phenomenal!! We had a kid free night and booked for the pool and hot tub. Due to people not following rules it was closed. She was willing to do whatever she could to make it right.we advised we did not need anything extra. Later after things were open again people yet again had babies in hot tub which is why it was closed. We let her know what was going on and she handled it so professionally even with grown men threatening her. I cannot give Kim enough credit to her for how amazingly she handled herself with what she dealt with. I would return here for the sole reason of how amazing and professional Kim was. She's amazing professional and has some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Good location for visiting Boston, Plymouth and the Cape. Nice Clean, updated facility. Professional staff. Pleased that the room was cleaned every day of our 3 day stay. Pricing was on the high side, due to the dates. Room was comfortable. Breakfast room was crowded most mornings, food offerings were good.

Positive: Pool and hot tub. Breakfast offerings were great. Negative: Beds were a bit lumpy. Bathtub .?hard to work shower lever due to age.

We had the absolute best stay at The Hampton Inn! All pro’s- room was spotless, the pool and hot tub were super clean, the gym was so up to date with a Pelaton bike, the breakfast buffet had something for everyone and maybe the best eggs I’ve ever had, we were able to check in with ease and early and even rearrange our sleeping quarters because I accidentally booked a room with one bed vs two. Anyways. long story short, excellent hotel and would recommend you stay here 100%. Oh- delicious cookies in the afternoon too!
