Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City West

We stayed here last week for a short visit with old friends. Great hotel, extremely clean & well maintained. Upon check-in, our room wasn't quite right, but Chandler made it right & then some, all with a pleasant and helpful attitude! This young man always had a smile & deserves recognition for his customer service! Beds are comfortable, linens & towels are nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: All staff are very professional & helpful. Front desk changed our room with an upgrade after housekeeping firgit to clean the room. BK lady every day was very cheerful and happy to see us.Thank you. Negative: Housekeeping doesn't clean rooms every day or even change towels. After a long day at the beach we came to a dirty room with no towels or toiletries.

It's no surprise this location was voted #2 in the nation. All staff, even "behind the scenes" folks were efficient, warm and friendly. Rooms were clean and recently updated. We have stayed here for the past few years and have never been anything less than pleased. Here's hoping they make #1 next year. It would be well deserved. Highly recommend this facility.

We happened to stop by here 2 Thanksgivings ago. The weather suddenly turned wet and cold, and we needed somewhere dry and warm. The studio rooms are huge and the hotel is kid- friendly. The service is great. We had such a fun time also at the nearby park and we decided to spend our Thanksgiving here again. A supermarket is next door and takes about 2 minutes on foot. We got everything we needed for our Thanksgiving. This year, the weather held up and we had so much fun.

Great place to stay and great location. Hotel was as exactly pictured and overall clean and property is well maintained. All employees were nice and especially helpful upon check in. We originally checked in on the app and our room wasn’t ready, upon arrival a hour earlier than check in we were provided a different comparable room that was ready which was great after a long ride. Continental breakfast was good. Parking was free and plenty of spots. Only a few minutes drive to the beach. Looking forward to staying again in the future.
