Hampton Inn & Suites Longview North

Room cleaning every 3 days only - due to COVID, they said. I checked in WITH FAMILY on Wednesday. They claimed family checked in Tuesday! Kinda weird since we drove together!! Their room was cleaned! Couldn’t get any discounts bc sister made reservations. So I paid full price for half service. It won’t be cleaned before I leave! Second and last stay here despite it being close to family that live here. I’m irate. Update: Owner responded saying rooms with do not disturb signs won’t be cleaned. Staff said policy is every 3 days. This room doesn’t even HAVE a dnd sign, and if it did, I wouldn’t use it when I’m not in the room!! Useless response. Never using this brand again. Customer service was terrible.

Breakfast was plentiful. Area is quite staff was very friendly and informative about area. Room was very spacious in my King Suite love the office desk made working great. Definitely will come back

The room wasn't clean, the shower was gross, the tub had a weird brown splatter. There were thing ripped off the wall and never repaired. The hallway had spots in the floor that made you feel like you would fall through. Literally, when you steped in a few places, your foot would sink, like the floor is broken. The bathroom off the lobby was gross, the soap dispensers were empty. The pool was dirty. Breakfast was the same every day; waffle house or McDonald's would have been better. I did get a free show of someone being arrested, so that was.... fun.

The manager Christi and housekeepers Lori and Tori are the BEST!! My sons baseball team was in town an the day we left the boys had to leave early. He left his wallet and keys and I ran back up to get them. Gave them the wrong room number and then finally the right one. They ran up and found. Them. Super nice and helpful while we were there for couple of days. The rooms do look run down/needs updating. Our door looked like someone had tried to break in.

Positive: The staff. They were uniformly friendly and helpful, from the desk clerks to housekeepers. Negative: We didn?t know that the king mobility access with roll in shower was under renovation until we checked in. Stepping over the side of the tub is hazardous for my husband but we managed. The slick floor in the bathroom is a hazard also.
