Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey Near The Park

My mother and I stayed here for a 3 night visit to Hersheypark, and I truly cannot say enough about how fantastic our stay was. The staff was absolutely outstanding, providing top notch customer service from beginning to end. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is immaculate. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and immediately felt like home. And speaking of feeling at home, the staff made sure of it. They took care of every need my mother and I had with pleasure and kindness. This place is a hot mess !!!!! I waited a month to give them a chance to fix this like they said they would but they didn’t instead Zach has decided to not answer any emails or follow up . I feel like I was very chill since I work in customer service too hints why I waited to post this . 1st problem —- checking in was an absolute nightmare!!!!! Ebar I believe was his name is clueless, We get our room key and it doesn’t work . I go back to the front desk and tell him he says try it again you’re not using it right and shows me how to use it lol I was using it right . I try again anyway guess what it didn’t work so I go back down to tell him and he gives me a new key and that one didn’t work either so I went back down again . He comes up with me to make sure we are using the key right and it

We stayed for one night for access to Hershey. Room was clean and quiet. Beds were fine. Showerhead is weirdly high (too high for me to reach and adjust) and had a really wide spray so it was difficult to wash my hair. ||The location is really convenient. Breakfast was decent and well stocked. I used the app to check in and out so didnt interact with the front desk at all.

Great stay. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean. First impression was that it was a modern and welcoming room with nice amenities. The hotel is also very convenient to everything. Staff was very nice and hospitable and the hotel is well kept. The pool was heated and refreshing and good fitness center. Free continental breakfast as well! Highly recommend.
