Comfort Suites Hummelstown - Hershey

I really wanted to give a great review, but just can't. The hotel was difficult to get to because of construction (dangerous at night!) The room was spacious and clean for the most part. The one bed was not to our expectation, so we had to ask for all new bedding and remake the bed. The breakfast was very average. If you love coffee, forget getting a good cup here. And I would definitely say the price for one night was too much! The front desk staff was pleasant.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The only inconvenience was the pool hours. The heat/AC units worked a little inconsistently, but no issues changing the temperature and they were up to date. The lobby was nice and the fitness room was clean.

This is the nicest Comfort Suites I have ever been to. I am a Travel Consultant and very picky. So, how anyone can give this hotel less than a 5 star is beyond me. Entering the hotel, it’s smells so nice. Clean and TJ was very helpful. Typically, he said you can’t check in until 3p but accommodated me. I had driven 4 hours and I was not feeling good. Kudos to TJ. My room is VERY CLEAN and Spacious. There is not one thing out of sorts.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were plenty spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. If there was anything negative, we weren't impressed by the quality of the breakfast food. There were plenty of options but weren't particularly tasty, but I don't really expect much of hotel breakfasts. We would definitely stay here again!

This wasn't a bad hotel all in all. The check-in process was easy and the lobby was welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds and a nice shower. The heat/AC units aren't the best, as the air coming out could be cold, even if it's on heat. However, they're not that loud and I didn't mind the ambient noise. The only downfalls of this place are the location and the pool hours. There's not really a close by gas station or convenience store, so that's kind of a pain, unless you want to pay the upcharges at the in-hotel shop (which heads up, is cash only). I thought it was odd that the pool is only open from 10AM to 10PM, so you really only have a few hours in the evening and an hour in the morning to swim. Hope you can shower fast.
