Hampton Inn & Suites Fresno-Northwest

Employees were great. Breakfast was very good and had a good variety & different every day. Gym was very good and met our needs with 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, 1 Peloton, weighted balls, exercise ball and dumbbells. Also water & towels. So why the lower score? Well it's right next to the train tracks and the train is active throughout the night. Wouldn't be so bad if they didn't blow the train whistle 3-4 times a night!! They do have free earplugs at the front desk if you want them.

We had a great one night stay here. Check in was easy and quick. Staff at reception were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. ||Our room was in the back of the building on the 3rd floor so we did not have any issues with noise. ||Breakfast was also great, wide selection.

Positive: The hotel was conveniently located right off of the highway. Check-in was quick, and I was provided with a complimentary beverage and snack for signing up for their rewards program. Our room was clean. The free breakfast was a welcome surprise. Negative: ""

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and polite and took good care of me. I was a little worried about being so close to the train tracks. IDK If a train went by or not ? I didn't notice. I actually slept quite well.

It's 1am and I haven't slept at all. The second you fall asleep, a train comes through blowing a loud whistle. I have to drive to LA tomorrow night and it's going to be dangerous because I'm exhausted. Avoid this hotel if you want to sleep. It's really bad. Worst experience at a hotel anywhere.
