1/16- 1/19 visit. I love this Hampton Inn! Very well kept! The breakfast was great! The cleanliness, service, and customer service was great!! Everyone that I encountered from front desk (4 different employees) to service (5 different emoloyees) was just so professional, patient and friendly. Great team! Thank you for your hospitality! Water pressure ✅️ Water temperature ✅️ Cleanliness ✅️ Comfortability ✅️ Smell in the room ✅️ Smell in the hallways ✅️

The view was above amazing, the front desk personnel that was on duty was Darius young man who was very professional and friendly. Show pride in his job and take care clients. The hotel indoor pool and gym was very nice. The breakfast was awesome and room comfortable and spacious. Plenty of towels, refrigerator and microwave, iron board, and iron. Enjoy our stay plans to come back. Highly recommended.

I booked a non refundable room less than 24 hours ago by mistake. Called today to see if they would refund me and have some grace as a Gold member. However, I was not accommodated. I don’t have a history of this behavior. You would think after spending thousands of dollars and being a loyal customer for 10 years they would honor that. The manager and front desk were professional and nice but not helpful. Update: VP Randy Waller has exceptional customer service and was extremely helpful resolving my issues. Jonathan with the help desk was pleasant and delivered high quality customer service as well. Thank you again for promptly assisting me.

Positive: Room was very large and hotel clean! Negative: Gym had several missing or broken machines/equipment. Also AC was noisy

I had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff was helpful and attentive, making my visit stress-free and enjoyable. I especially want to commend the young lady at the front desk with curly hair. She was incredibly sweet and patient while assisting me with a reservation issue. She took the time to ensure everything was resolved properly, and her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service.
