I had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites! From check-in to check-out, everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. A special shoutout to Jae, the wonderful woman who runs the front desk and breakfast area. She greeted me warmly each morning with a genuine smile and made the whole experience feel personal and inviting. The breakfast was fresh, well-stocked, and clearly prepared with care. Great stay, would recommend!
This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Eric at check-in was exceptional; polite, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly set the tone for our entire stay and just seemed like an all-around great guy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the breakfast was superb with plenty of great options to start the day. The location of the Hampton Inn Downtown Boise was also fantastic, convenient, walkable, and perfect for exploring the city. To make our stay even more special, the team surprised us with a thoughtful little gift for our 25th wedding anniversary — such a kind touch that meant a lot to me. We can’t wait for our next stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boise!
This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The room was clean and well kept. The only thing I could find that was wrong with the room was there were no trash can liners. A very nice place to stay. We were there for a Boise State football game. 10 minute walk to the stadium. Lots of downtown amenities and restaurants close by.
Positive: The Clean rooms and breakfast were outstanding. Negative: I didn't like having to pay for parking. I understand that the parking garage is city-owned and that it is out of the hotel's hands, but it was still discouraging.
I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in downtown Boise and had a great experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day of travel or exploring the city. The bed was cozy, the room felt well maintained, and everything was laid out in a way that made it easy to relax and unwind. That said, the real highlight of this location is just that—the location. Being right in downtown Boise puts you within easy walking distance of an impressive selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entertainment options. Whether you’re heading out for dinner, catching live music, or just strolling through the downtown area, it’s incredibly convenient to have everything so close by. I rarely needed my car, which made the stay even more enjoyable
