Hampton Inn & Suites Augusta West

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was both helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed the large flat screen television that greeted me by name in the room. (Hilton honors program perk) Breakfast was wonderful. The food was presented with an eye for detail and maybe even a little love. This place was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this establishment.

We have been Hilton honor members for years. We have stayed at MANY Hilton hotels but mainly the Hampton Inns . I have been so disappointed at the quality of the rooms in the last few years. I found the bed comfortable and the staff absolutely nice and attentive. I however found the room to feel like I was at a quality inn or hotel 6. This hotel felt so old . The floors in bathroom were popping when you stepped on them, the tub needs replacing, the whole bathroom needs redone . I did inform the front desk that the faucet in shower ran all night and the lady said they would send someone up roght away but i informed her we were checkingout shortlyl.. just a very aged space . The breakfast was like most .. but why has The Hampton Inn stopped serving quality food. Its a shame really .

Positive: Clean room that had updated features. Courteous staff. Negative: My room was near a road, so it was a tad noisy.

The conditioner in our shower was empty when we got there…we left a message for housekeeping, but the next day housekeeping never came to our room so we had to go to the desk to get towels and mentioned the conditioner again. The next day we did get new towels in our room but housekeeping still didn’t fill the conditioner or make the beds. Not a big deal, but not 5 star service. Also, the pool was so cloudy we couldn’t see our feet even in the shallow end. The breakfast is always good here, but the rest has slipped over the last couple years.

Definetetly will never come here again after a three week spent here. Breakfast is not worth it honestly, nothing to offer during my 3 weeks stay. Rooms service worst, for 3 weeks the never clean my bathroom or shower and the only thing the do is just change the bed sheets and replace towel. Over all I had a bad experience during my stay and will never come back.
