Hampton Inn St. Augustine US1 North

Amazing hotel with awesome staff!|We came to stay at this Hampton inn for a girls night and had such a blast! The hotel is clean and well maintained. Had cookies upon check-in and friendly staff. We loved the hot tub as it was a cold evening and felt amazing! The breakfast spread was fresh and had a great selection. ||The staff are the real stars of the show. The GM, Brittany is a rockstar with an amazing team. Every staff member we came across were informative and so sweet. Gio and Shanterria were amazing with anything we needed. Stefanie and Vanessa were also sweethearts on the phone. We will be coming back to stay here as it was a nice staycation for us.

Positive: Very clean and well maintained rooms. Negative: Hallways need some attention, wallpaper was bubbled and peeling badly in some places. Of the 4 days, breakfast was good 3. The last day, the attendant was not very attentive. Most items were out and the ones there were cold.

Our stay offered a stark contrast between excellent personal service and several disappointing policies and oversights that significantly impacted our visit. We want to sincerely thank Steffani and Brittany Tackett at the front desk. They were the highlight of our stay—exceptionally helpful, friendly, and proactive. When they saw the forecast for heavy showers, they kindly offered to lend us umbrellas, which was a thoughtful and practical gesture. They also provided excellent, concise tips for visiting the Historic District, St. George Street, and the Castillo de San Marcos. However, a few critical issues prevented a positive overall experience. First, as Hilton Honors members, we were very disappointed to find a mandatory $15 daily parking charge. Stayed here while attending a concert and had wonderful experience. This hotel is small and cozy and very convenient to the historic district...which was a huge plus. Loved our room and the staff was super nice and friendly. Highly recommended staying here if you want to be close to downtown and not break your budget....while still getting the superb service one would expect from a Hilton hotel.

It has the best continental breakfast I've seen in a long time! the staff is always ready and willing to help. the rooms were nice the and accommodating close to everything I would stay here again and I would definitely recommended to others
