Hampton Inn Louisville Downtown

The place needs to be renovated. If you are facing the main street there is A LOT of noise and you can hear anyone in the rooms next to yours. Staff is very friendly and they change my room to a more quiet one. Thank you! Location is very convenient.

Great location best the convention center. It takes about 8 minutes to walk. There was a shuttle bus this year between the convention center, the Galt House, and the Hampton Inn which was great since it rained the whole week. We would stay here againin the future!

To say this hotel is long in the tooth would be a compliment. The outside does not match the inside. The owners have spent no money painting or updating the rooms. The hallway carpets appear filthy. The lobby is also dreary. Luckily the room was clean. If you are single and reserve a king size bed there is a great chance you will get a corner room the size of a postage stamp with a connecting room. I switched to a room with 2 beds facing the back and it was better. DO NOT get a room facing Jefferson street as the hotel is very noisy. As a Diamond for life with Hilton this hotel does nothing to make you feel special. The beds and pillows are not standard Hampton Inn. The obligatory breakfast was minimal, no yogurt etc. just powdered eggs. This is not a hotel to take someone speci

We are staying in downtown Louisville for a cheer comp and staying here at Hampton Inn. We’ve had a room of drunk grown men screaming, slamming doors and just having a great time all night directly next door. Our walls and beds would shake every time they slam the door. They were in and out all night long. SLAMMING. And yelling. Never in my life have I ever stayed at a hotel that has allowed this type of behavior. I’ve stayed in all kinds of big cities, even Nashville that’s known for partying. We called twice to complain and security kept allowing these men to be disorderly. These men were even yelling and argumentative with staff when they went to the room to confront them. Eventually these men started banging on our door after calling twice already to complain like they were gonna bust

Positive: "" Negative: I had a bank of 3 room. One of the rooms we were given was room 605. We dropped our luggage off and immediately left. Upon returning to the room late, we discovered roaches throughout. They were even crawling on our luggage. We left the hotel & drove home
