Hampton Inn Ft. Myers-Airport I-75

We had late check inn. Front desk clerk was welcoming and sent us off with a snack and water. We are gold members. Rooms are clean. Towels fresh. Breakfast was fresh and lots of choices. They were also able to accommodate late check out. Doors had closers so there was no door slamming. Staff was friendly.

This hotel is fairly new. The rooms are clean with comfy beds and pillows. There is an outdoor pool to relax. Plenty of various food choices with in a few blocks or with in a few miles. You can walk across the street or drive a few blocks or a few miles. So many options. ||Nancy at the front desk is so personable. She greeted with a smile and was a genuine friendly when she spoke. She was there the next morning and again huge smile and so pleasant. She is a huge asset to the hotel. ||Coffee in the lobby and the usual breakfast buffet including fresh fruit and yogurt for the healthier choices. Coffee was there 24/7. ||Would definitely stay again.

Positive: I liked that there was running water and electricity. Negative: 1. The hotel was renovated and the pictures online were not accurate. 2. This hotel terribly needs to have an HVAC improvement the air quality in this hotel is discusting. Absolutely horrible.

This was a great stay. Nice, friendly staff, beautiful check-in experience. Good breakfast. Spacious, clean rooms, walkable to Publix, Walgreens, Burger King, Wendy’s and other things. Half hour drive to Fort Myers Beach. Shuttle to the airport. Small pool that wasn’t heated, small gym.

I am pleased to recommend this hotel to anyone trying to book a room in the area. The room (2 queen beds) is spacious, perfectly clean and the beds could not possibly be more comfortable. The social areas are very cozy and welcoming. Coffee is available at all times and if you suggest a fresh coffee pot is needed the staff is happy to brew it fresh for you. Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Joan were both particularly friendly and welcoming. The overall experience was excellent. Thank you
