Hampton Inn Frostburg

The pet friendly designation led us to our first stay. Recently renovated, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, with a mini fridge and microwave. Though we didn't watch, the tv was large and had streaming capabilities. The complimentary breakfast was a delicious and appreciated way to start our days, and the lady who tended the area (so sorry I didn't ask her name) hustled, keeping it clean and well stocked. All of the other team members we met were genuinely kind and helpful, keeping everything running smoothly for their guests. There was also an ample area out back (with a pet waste station) to walk our dog. He gave his stay two big paws up, though he still doesn't quite know what to make of that elevator. :^) We visit western MD frequently and will definitely stay again.

I stayed here in at the beginning of December in 2025 and it was excellent staff were nice. Everything was convenient. I had to stay here because my water was out at my house and it took days to get it fixed and then I had to stay in places with water and this hotel was the perfect option so I will definitely stay here again. I read this place at 10 out of 10 and pool and fitness center are nice I will definitely stay here again.

This Hampton Inn met our expectations once again. The room was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. I love that the bathroom has a barn door which eliminates a door swinging into the toilet. The nightlight is a great touch. There is a hidden closet on the window side of the room which is very useful for space and storage. |Free breakfast includes waffles, cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy. The front desk and breakfast staff are super friendly. ||Parking is adequate, and there is a Burger King right next door. Also close to many other food options. Includes an indoor pool.

This place is in desperate need of a remodel! The smell of old and mold in the rooms is overwhelming. The showers are very small and outdated. The mold odor is disgusting. The dark dingy decor is old and gross. The beds are hard as concrete and bedding is cheap old and unappealing. Fortunately I only had to stay a couple days, but I would definitely not return. I definitely dont recommend staying.
