Customer Reviews
Nearly everything about this hotel was excellent. The property is very clean and well maintained throughout. Parking is plentiful and easy to access, which made arrival and departures stress-free. Its central location is a major advantage—most attractions and amenities are within comfortable walking distance, with numerous sidewalks and pedestrian paths that make exploring the area pleasant and safe. The nearby bridge and surrounding infrastructure are attractive and add to the neighborhood’s charm. The lobby is spacious and inviting, offering a comfortable place to relax or work. Overall, a convenient, tidy, and well-located choice for both leisure and business travelers. During our stay the breakfast service fell short of the hotel’s usual standards. Several basic items were unavailable
I’m tired of wasting points on subpar hotels. Garbage everywhere, hard beds, bad pillows, bathroom smelled like someone smoked. Lots of highway noise. Location is great though. Dead shrubs by the front door should have been a hint or metaphor for what I was in for. We have about 20-25 more nights in hotels this year because of baseball and volleyball. Although were Honors Gold, we may need to upgrade our Marriott Silver Elite.
Positive: Hotel employee at the front desk helped us when in a stressful situation. She patiently and calmly answered all of my questions and was very helpful in getting us settled into a room. Negative: ""
When we checked in, it was extremely busy and Brianna, the front desk agent, handled it all with grace and kindness. She was a delight all weekend and we also appreciated David’s hospitality as well. Rooms were clean and the location was perfect for our weekend. We really enjoyed getting up every morning and walking to Shift Coffee Shop.
Complimentary breakfast had zero plates. We could only use paper cereal bowls. The sausage was inedible. We ate at 7am when the food should have been fresh. The room was clean and nice but when we got there, there was a outage with their system and we could not check in. We almost left but luckily after about an hour it came back up. I felt bad for the staff because people were complaining. Please fix the breakfast selection and make sure you are stocked up on plates. Eating a waffle out of a small cereal bowl was almost impossible for my kids.
