Hampton Inn Ellensburg

All the staff were nice except the general manager who had a very rude attitude when I asked if I can mention the names of the staff who showed respect and family like hospitality when I stayed at the hotel. The gravy had a soapy flavor and the add ons to the oatmeal was clumpy and the brown sugar was empty and the rest were almost empty when I got breakfast and the oatmeal was dry on the top as well (I had to stir it). Overall the breakfast was disgusting and the gm is rude otherwise the place was nice.

Positive: Breakfast, staff, clean, and the room was kept cool Negative: The bed was hard and the air-conditioner sounds like a snow blower.

Hampton Inn Ellensburg is conveniently located right off I-90. It is fairly new and very clean. It is pet friendly, even offering a pet 'goody bag'. There is a free breakfast from 6-10 am, including hot choices, fruit, pastries, coffee, juices, etc. The rooms are well maintained and have a small refrigerator and microwave. There are beverages (including soda and beer), snacks and some travel essentials sold in the lobby. A very pleasant stay.

Very nice newer looking hotel. There were problems with their system being down when we arrived and at first we couldn’t check in, this was at 6 pm on a Saturday night. But the desk clerk, Amber worked some magic and got us in. Cudos to her. Nice clean quiet room. Comfy bed, great shower. Breakfast good, omelet things and biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was spacious and clean. Tv was nice they have it set up so you can use your apps. I got the ada room the walk in shower is huge! I was exhausted and worried about noise but was really quiet.The lady at front Desk check in was nice even asked about my trip.bed was comfortable the blankets actually keep u warm, not super think bedding.There are some personal preference things to know the pillows are super squishy. If u get an ada room they are almost allll the way down the hall. If you like to sleep with constant fan i didn't see a way to do that. These are things no fault to anyone we all have different preferences.
