Comfort Inn Ellensburg

We were greeted by a cheerful manager. There was chicken noodle soup waiting for us! She told us she would be baking cookies soon and would let us know when they were ready. We were surprised when she brought them to our door! When we got to our room there was a strong perfumey scent. The manager came to check it out and promptly moved us to different room. Our stay was super pleasant.

Nice place. Nice service. Clean, comfortable bed, quiet and no bugs. The tv was WAY too small for the size of the room. You couldn't watch from the bed. Also, the ice bucket smelled like puke. Gross! Biggest complaint is no designated area for dogs. I was walking in a minefield of poop!!! ANY GRASSY AREA, THERE WAS POOP!!!! Do better people!

The front desk employee that is Blond,🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯💯 he was so chill. 20/10 Give him a raise. Excellent service. Deserves a bonus. Also unclogged our toilet #GOAT #meow #🐱

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The heater unit was a little loud. The lighting was also dim. But overall a great stay.

Desk clerk was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Sadly, we had very noisy neighbors above us well into the night. Pillows on bed could be better-much too fat and lumpy. Both my husband and I had stiff necks in am. Otherwise an enjoyable stay!
