Hampton Inn Daytona/Ormond Beach

My recent stay at the Hampton Inn Daytona/Ormond Beach at 155 Interchange Boulevard, Ormond Beach, Florida, 32174, As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I frequently utilize the contactless check-in and digital key features designed to enhance guest convenience and streamline the arrival process. My experience at this particular location, however, starkly contradicted these anticipated benefits and fell significantly short of the high standards I associate with the Hilton brand.||Upon booking my reservation, I was pleased to receive an email confirming my digital key availability and the option for a contactless arrival. I started working in Ormand a few weeks ago, so I stay at this Hampton Inn for weeks at a time. The service is a 10/10!! All of the staff is helpful, rooms are clean, the breakfast in the morning is always fresh!! Kierra, really took me under her wing when I first arrived. She always makes sure my reservation is booked and ALWAYS takes care of me through out my stay. Her vibe really brightens the lobby and always makes it feel like home away from home! 💛

Pretty disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in this hotel. We paid over $160 for a Wednesday night and our room smelled dirty, we found hair in our bedding, the carpets in the hallway were visibly very dirty. We had broken furniture in our room and our toilet wouldn’t stop running. All of this combined we feel like the quality of this hotel is not worth the price.

Great moccasin just off Interstate. Breakfast was the best part- got, fresh, variety- made banana nut waffles- yum. Desk staff not so friendly. They gave us a room that was already occupied- very embarrassing moment for both parties. Nothing fancy about the rooms. Hilton brand but individually owned.
