Hampton Inn Anchorage

the rooms are nice, i don’t know if they’re clean. yet the beds are absolutely disgustingly overused. the bed i have slept in gave me back pain after 4 hours of rest😐. the owner needs to do better on switching out the beds, because why can i feel 3 different laying spots on one bed, each of them i’m down sinking 3 inches. service is good. everyone is loud and drunk at night, service needs to do better on trying to keep them quiet at night. THESE BEDS ARE THE MOST USED/SLEPT IN BEDS IVE EVER BEEN IN FOR A HOTEL.

My flight was delayed and Alaska Airlines put me up at this hotel. I have zero complaints. Nice location and a solid shuttle service. The guy at the front desk (I didn’t get his name) was so kind and helpful. He definitely deserves his flowers.

Terrible place. No hot water. Missed an early morning meeting. Had to shower in a different room, no hot water in the room I paid $200 for, no one at the hotel seemed to care much. This place has NOT been recently remodeled! It is very much a dump. Stay far away from this place.

My sister and I stayed here for 3 night. During our stay, we encountered a few issues that were addressed by the maintenance man - the heat wasn’t working properly (needed a filter), shower wouldn’t turn on on day 2 (delayed start to our morning by nearly 2 hours). ||Cleanliness was a concern for the common areas, and consequently, for our room. There was dog poo in the hallway near the dining area one night and dirty floors from day to day. ||We requested room service and never received it. The last night, someone did come to empty our trash and remove our dirty bath towels. She apologized that our requests were not honeyed two days in a row and explained a staff shortage. ||Overall, we had a decent stay for such a short period of time, but we would choose another property for our next v

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and unfortunately, my room was never cleaned during that time. It was not ventilated either, and the window could not be opened. By the fourth night, I had no towels or shampoo left. Although there was a coffee machine in the room, there was no coffee or water provided. When I went to the reception to extend my stay for a 5th night, I explained the situation and paid for the additional night. We clearly agreed that my room would be cleaned the next morning. However, when I returned around 2 PM, nothing had been done. I went back to reception and spoke to different staff members. I asked how I could be sure the room would actually be cleaned.
