If I could give 0 stars I would! We were month to month. And the landlord had said if we move out in the middle of the month he would give us half of the month’s rent back. So after we moved out we contacted him and he replied a few times once telling us that’s he was gonna have it sent back. Never got it. Now he has stopped all communication. Extremely unprofessional and if you’re expecting your security deposit back. Just forget it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend just based on how unprofessional he is! And we know he’s getting the messages because he has his read receipts on lol. Prasatik is the last name. You know what situation I’m talking about. Unless you’ve done it to more than one person

Have you seen this place? Busted windows, torn blinds, and you need any type of drug come here you will find it. The management is the worst when you need something done or fixed you can find no one but they sure do come beat down the front door if your a day late on rent. Good luck living here I would rather sleep under a bridge. If you ask for the owners number good luck you ain’t getting that.
