Grey Wolf Resort

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Grey Wolf Resort. Everyone we met was super friendly and happy to answer our questions about the farm. We enjoyed hiking around the property with our dogs, my wife enjoyed the hog butchering demo, and we were so grateful for the upgrade to the cabin! Nathan, thank you so much for the taco dinner: it was fantastic and just what we needed after a day of hiking. Look forward to staying again!!

Grey Wolf Resort was an incredible experience to reconnect with the land and nature. Nate, Michelle, Marley, and Jax are amazing hosts, and the food was outstanding. My children (9, 9, and 6) enjoyed learning about the animals and feeding them with our hosts. We stayed in a luxurious cabin that still retains a rustic charm. The hiking, biking, and nearby historical attractions are also great features. We will definitely return. This was one of our best family vacations to unplug and just unwind. My children are already begging to return.

The hospitality at Grey Wolf Resort was extraordinary, and owner Nate went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. My partner and I stayed in the resort's adorably decorated Airstream tiny home, which had cool bohemian details such as dream catchers and twinkly lights. Upon arrival, Nate brought us hot tea, snacks, and some locally made spicy cheddar elk brats, which we fried up on the Airstream's gas stove for dinner. After a cozy night, we awoke to fresh eggs from the resort's on-site chickens, coffee, and a beautiful Colorado mountain sunrise. Before we set out, we even got to meet the resort's adorable cows, sheep, and alpaca as they enjoyed their hay breakfast, and learn more about sustainable agriculture. Excellent place to stay! The staff was more than just a host, they're hospitality was tremendous. If you're looking for a quiet time or and adventure with outstanding service, give the crew at Grey Wolf a call. The views are amazing during sunset.

Cool farm experience. Nice rooms in the barn. Mostly nice staff. Check in and check out process was …I guess …not really a thing. Much of what is promised on their site does not exist in practice. Had a very bad experience post-check out, but hope it was just personal stress and am rooting for Grey Wolf to thrive.
