Greiner Motel

I called in mid afternoon to make a reservation for 3 people. I assumed a microwave and refrigerator were in the room I was reserving. To my surprise when I arrived at about 11 pm the room did not come with these appliances. There was no space in front of our room that we were assigned and we had to park about 5 rooms away from our room. Very large room like we wanted and close to the ice machine. We told her that there would be 3 of us and we wound up with only 2 sets of towels at about 11 pm at night. We had driven that day from noon to about 11 pm at night. My walker opened up could not pass between the bed and the bathroom area. This place had no free breakfast or pool. Price was steep compared to other hotels in the area that offered a free breakfast, pool, and hot tub but I heard tha

Charming, classic motel. Away from downtown yet close to food and hwys. Comfy king bed and new windows provided a quiet & restful night. Room was immaculate. Owner was pleasant at check-in. Less than 10 minutes from SS Badger dock. Would stay again.

Best basic motel I have ever stayed in. It was exceptionally clean, the location was convenient, the price is reasonable and the owner was very friendly. I know where I’m staying anytime I’m in Ludington, Mi.

A nice long-time locally owned motel. Our room was clean, well maintained, and everything worked - not always the case with other establishments. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet, even though the motel is just off the highway. No breakfast, but coffee was available. The owner was very engaging and friendly, and there was even local maple syrup for sale, a nice treat. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was undoubtedly the cleanest and best maintained motel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s obvious that the owners work very hard to make a stay here a good experience. Thanks for a great stay
