GreenTree Inn & Suites Pinetop

Good location yet next to gas station with 24 hr traffic. Lobby looks nice but when you get to upstairs rooms the hallway has several areas with chipped paint..places where repairs need paint. Breakfast included..horrible eggs and sausage and worst was coffee. When I mentioned to manager it tasted watered down she said she likes it and no one has complained. I found that interesting cuz I'm the guest not her. Very snooty ..the gal working at night was very nice and the bartender. Then I found out she was quitting! Where's the owner in all this? I understand this manager also manages across the street a Holiday Inn. When I arrived the manager complained they had low occupancy..Wonder why?| Room was clean and rate reasonable.| Phone didn't work in room.

We booked this place for 2 nights. First off check-in was at 3. We arrived at 2 and asked if we could check in, and the girl at the front desk said no. So we waited till 3 and then she told us our room still wasn't ready. People were coming and checking in while we waited. It was now 3:45 and still no room. So we left and came back around 5, hoping it would be ready. She put us in the very last room at the end of the hall. Felt that was on purpose. Not even an apology from her. Our first night was okay. After waiting for this room, we felt it could have been cleaner and stocked. The bathroom floor was dirty and the carpet was dirty and torn. Wallpaper peeling off the wall. The bathroom wasn't fully stocked, and the shampoo dispenser didn't work. Like they say pictures are worth a 1000 wor

Positive: Location was good, walking distance to Darbi's cafe a great breakfast cafe. Negative: Being charged more than the confirmation said. Prices on the confirmation were inaccurate. Tepid water at breakfast, hard to make tea. Friendly staff.

Ive stayed there alot. POSITIVES: Very well priced. Gret location. Inside heated pool is great and stays open till 11pm. Breakfast is good. NEGATIVES: Just getting ran down and repairs neglected. In our bathroom wall pepper was peeling. No toilet paper. Carpet not clean. Under the beds was trash (I always look because my boy kicks stuff under them).

I am really appreciative that this place rescued our holiday trip. We had a horrible experience at our planned destination at the Super 8 and had to find a last minute Hotel. We were greeted kindly at the front desk even though it was 2:30 in the morning with my 2-year-old and my 2-month-old, given a clean room, great location, indoor pool, really good breakfast, and nice people
